A self-care portal has been created and implemented for the largest and oldest insurance company in Croatia. This implementation facilitates and speeds up the application and user’s work. In addition to the basic functionalities, the possibilities of further user activities such as damage reports, insurance policies, notifications and user data have been updated, which the user can now independently update without the need for calls and agreements with the insurance company.
